  • Non-rtmcde Items: Please ensure that only rtmcde products are included in your return. We are not responsible for non-rtmcde items sent to us by mistake.
  • Lost or Stolen Returns: We are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen during transit. Please retain your tracking information until your return is completed.

Refund Policy

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to production or shipping issues, we will issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment are eligible for a full refund. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Lost Parcels: If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a full refund.
  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs. If no correction is made, losses will be borne by the customer.
  • Used or Stained Items: Returned items showing signs of use (e.g., sweat, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or stains) may be rejected and will not be refunded.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return Label Information
